Innovative Exteriors Inc. was founded in 2015 on the principles of honesty, integrity, and quality. From humble beginnings, our reputation for quality and service has grown as we’ve completed many of projects for satisfied customers across Michigan. With over two decades of experience in our field we strive to share this knowledge with not only our customers but also fellow contractors. Because we continue to commit to the level of service and the ideals upon which we were founded, we continue to exceed expectations.
GET TO KNOW US
Josh Bennett, founder of Innovative Exteriors, Inc. along with his wife Heather Bennett, are based in Midland, Michigan. Before starting Innovative Exteriors Inc. in 2015, Josh worked for Duro-Last for over 14 years in the Quality Assurance Department, not only as an inspector, but also was in charge of teaching new companies and employees how to properly install the Duro-Last Membrane. His wife, Heather, brings over 2 decades experience on the business side of the company. When you call the office or send an email she is most likely the first contact you receive. Heather received her BBA from Northwood University in 2007 and enjoys bringing her knowledge to their business.
The whole family is very involved with their community and their church. They know that without God guiding their path and blessing them they would not be where they are today. With these blessings from God they strive to bless others through their giving and serving. They support the local Football team, the kids in 4H, Softball teams, Tennis teams, and so many other local charities in their community. When they are not busy working they enjoy spending those rare moments away from the business with their two children on their farm where they raise dogs, chickens, pigs, and horses.
